Worldwide Shipping

HUGNEST ships worldwide. Delivery takes up to 14 calendar days from the date your order is placed.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at lypaw730@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. We will try to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been shipped.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us at lypaw730@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

If we cannot deliver your order as agreed, your rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address supplied at checkout, an unsuccessful delivery or non-collection, contact us to discuss the available options.

Any proposed reshipping charges will be explained before you agree to another delivery. We will not charge you for delivery errors for which HUGNEST is responsible.

Returns

To request a return, please refer to our Refund Policy. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
